The Ohio Revised Code also has unclassified felonies such
as Aggravated Murder which carries even more severe
penalties.  Other felony crimes, such as sex crimes, require
that an individual register with their local sheriff agency.  The
ORC (Ohio Revised Code) also provides for additional
penalties for offenses that carry specifications, such as
firearm specifications or gang specifications.
